Weekday Classes

Formal silent sitting and walking practices are complemented by the systematic investigation of a meditative theme through presented material and discussion. Practice in daily life will be emphasized throughout. Thursday PM classes are designed for beginners (may be repeated); Wednesday PM classes are for ongoing students.
